From time to time, the designs in the Platt Architecture Stock Plan Collection are built as spec homes in one or another of the developments where we are actively in practice.

These homes are developed by Platt Investment Group, Inc. independently or in partnership with other investors, and are offered for sale. Before or after construction has begun, depending on the timing of a sale, the purchaser may have the opportunity to select finish materials and customize certain features.
